Homemade Ladybug Costume

Cute as a bug!

This is an easy to make homemade ladybug costume.

Items you'll need:

• Red sweatshirt

• Black tights or black sweatpants

• Black fabric or black construction paper

• Fabric glue

• Black pipe cleaners

• Black or red pom poms

• Plastic headband

• Face paint or makeup

Cut black fabric or construction paper into several circles.

Glue the circles to the back of the red sweatshirt.

Glue the pom poms on the ends of two pipe cleaners.

Glue or wrap the pipe cleaners with the pom poms to the plastic headband for antenna.

Dress your child in the black tights or sweatpants, then the red sweatshirt with the ladybug circles on the back.

Place the headband on their head,

Add a little makeup or facepaint.

There you have it, the cutest little ladybug ever!
